Who would like more Innovation, Profitability, and Brand Success, in your business – no matter your size?

Empathy is good for society, but did you also know it’s good for your business?

Join us for this lively salon and author Q&A, led by brand strategist and speaker, Maria Ross, author of the new book, The Empathy Edge: Harnessing the Value of Compassion as an Engine for Success (A Playbook for Brands, Leaders, and Teams). Maria will share her illuminating research and case studies that prove how empathy can be a competitive advantage. She’ll share how empathy creates stronger leaders, more innovative company cultures, and how this mindset can help you attract more clients, boost customer loyalty, and impact your bottom line. You will leave with practical action steps you can take now to flex your empathy muscles as a leader, culture, and brand.

If we can master empathy is the place we spend the bulk of our time (work), then there’s hope that can spill over into our wider culture and society.

Drinks and light brunch nibbles provided. Book signing will take place after the program. Come mingle!
